Pro-bono Coaching Offer

Leadership is deeply needed at this point in human history, but not necessarily the leadership of the past. But how do we we work out how we need to be for the future? Leadership Coaching can help you explore this.

Each of us bring something unique. What you have and who you are is important and needed. Each of us has a depth of insight sitting within us that we often don’t tap into.  The coaching process allows us tap into our own inherent knowing.  My approach to coaching has a particular emphasis on developing greater insight and wisdom, supporting you to sit with, and work through, the complexities and unknowns within ourselves and our world, in order to find a way forward.

I started my coach training in 2006 and have used coaching as a core part of my roles ever since.  I have spent 17 years practising Organisational Development (OD) within public sector organisations, which has involved supporting individuals, teams and whole organisations in their learning, development and Leadership. 

I am now returning to focus on my practice of Coaching and therefore am offering 5 pro-bono places of 3 sessions (weekly) of coaching to Leaders who are looking some Leadership coaching, starting in May. If you are interested contact me at fay@insightspace.co.uk.
